Be fast at distances up to 4 miles, able to ruck, comfortable in water, and able to handle leadership assessment activities and interviews. I know they change things up year to year so take that into consideration. However, from my experience it was generally chow, morning evolution, lunch, afternoon evolution, and then dinner and evening evolution with potential for two evolutions before dinner.
